Terri Bright is a fine art photographer whose work focuses on the articulation of non-traditional beauty. With a background in painting, she now uses the camera to create canvases of quiet, contemplative spaces.
Bright currently teaches photography at Furman University in Greenville, SC where she is an Associate Professor of Art. Her work has been included in numerous exhibitions throughout the US. In 2006, she received a full-year Sabbatical Grant funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. Her monograph, Sonnets, was published by Flash Powder Projects in 2016.
Zane Logan, Professor of Art, and Academic Program Director, Greenville Technical College.
Zane Logan was born in Pickens, South Carolina. He earned his BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2007. In 2009, while employed as an adjunct instructor of photography, he began his graduate studies. He received his MFA from Clemson University in 2012. He is an Associate Professor of Art, and Academic Program Director at Greenville Technical College. His work has been exhibited throughout the United States in both solo and group shows, including at the Columbia Museum of Art, the Riverworks Gallery, the Redux Contemporary Art Center, and the PhotoPlace Gallery, amongst others. He is currently the Southeast chapter chair for the Society for Photographic Education, and lives in Inman, South Carolina.
Eric Vinson, City Administrator, Travelers Rest
Eric has served as the City Administrator for the City of Travelers Rest since May 2018. He is a native and long-time resident of Greenville County. Prior to coming to work with Travelers Rest, Eric worked in various capacities for the City of Greenville and Greenville County for the past 19 years. Eric is an avid outdoorsman, hobby farmer, and amateur naturalist and photographer. He enjoys spending time outdoors on the water fishing, hiking, and picking blueberries on his small farm with his wife Rita and 9-year-old Daughter Lola.
Patrea St John, AICP,PLA
Patrea is a Planner and Landscape Architect that is currently serving as the Planning Director for the City of Travelers Rest. Prior to relocating to South Carolina in 2014, she worked in the private sector on projects ranging from large scale master planning to detailed design for communities, resorts, educational and sports facilities. She and her husband, Parker, enjoy gardening, traveling and exploring the upstate.
